岗位职责 / Role Purpose
全球采购专员负责为指定产品制定、实施及优化战略采购活动。该职位融合战略采购职责与运营支持职能，确保在国际环境中实现成本效益、供应商绩效、合规运营及物料供应保障。
The Global Sourcing Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation, and optimization of strategic sourcing activities across assigned commodity groups. The role combines strategic procurement responsibilities with operational support, ensuring cost efficiency, supplier performance, regulatory compliance, and material availability in an international environment.
核心职责 / Key Responsibilities
战略与商业职责 / Strategic & Commercial Responsibilities
– 独立与中国供应商进行价格谈判并记录谈判过程
– 运用标准化的采购与报告工具，制定、实施并持续完善商品组策略
– 与跨职能团队紧密协作，识别、分析并实现成本节约（如成本导向设计、价值分析)
– 筹备并执行招标、价格谈判及合同谈判，以可持续方式优化采购条件
– 识别并评估新的供应商方案
– 与采购总监共同制定并实施全球采购与供应商战略
– 其他可能必须在中国进行任务
Key responsibilities include:
– Independently conduct and document price negotiations with Chinese suppliers
– Develop, implement, and continuously improve commodity group strategies using standard sourcing and reporting tools
– Identify, analyze, and realize cost-saving potentials (e.g. Design-to-Cost, value analysis) in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
– Prepare and execute tenders, price negotiations, and contract negotiations to sustainably improve procurement conditions
– Identify and evaluate new supplier alternatives
– Contribute to the development and implementation of global procurement and supplier strategies together with director procurement
– Other tasks might be necessarily in China
供应商管理 / Supplier Management
– 根据成本、质量、风险、产能和交付表现选择、管理和发展供应商
– 确保符合法规和质量要求（ISO 9001、ISO 13485、FDA）
– 开展供应商评估、监控及发展活动，包括供应商现场拜访
– 与主要供应商建立长期、信任的合作关系
Supplier management includes:
– Select, manage, and develop suppliers regarding cost, quality, risk, capacity, and delivery
– Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA)
– Conduct supplier evaluations, monitoring, and development activities, including on-site visits
– Foster long-term, trust-based partnerships with key suppliers
流程与运营支持 / Process & Operational Support
– 确保遵守既定的采购流程，并积极推动流程优化
– 支持运营采购活动，确保物料的高可用性
– 在战略、战术及运营层面的各项举措支持采购管理
– 根据需要承担特殊项目及跨职能采购相关任务
Includes:
– Ensure adherence to defined procurement processes and actively contribute to their optimization
– Support operational purchasing activities to ensure a high level of material availability
– Support procurement management in strategic, tactical, and operational initiatives
– Take on special projects and cross-functional procurement-related tasks as required
专业背景 / Qualifications
– 已获得工程学、工业工程学或工商管理学的学位或同等学历
– 具备2–5年技术与策略性采购专业经验，国际化或受监管领域背景者优先
Professional Background:
– Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
– 2 – 5 years of professional experience in technical and strategic procurement, preferably in an international or regulated environment
语言能力 / Language Skills
– 英语流利（口语和书面）
– 德语流利（商务谈判级别）为佳
Language Skills:
– Fluent English (spoken and written)
– Fluent German (negotiation level) as nice to have
IT技能 / IT Skills
– 熟练运用ERP系统（优先考虑Microsoft Navision或同类系统）
– 精通MS Office操作；具备高级Excel技能者优先
IT Skills:
– Confident use of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Navision or comparable)
– Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel skills are an advantage
